Harvesting the garden on July 4th

I just thought I'd share how our garden is doing.  Art got back from FL last night and he asked how the garden was doing.  I admitted that I hadn't checked on it all week.  This morning he brought in a nice harvest of cucumber, green beans, and snap peas.  I was so excited to have these fresh vegetables.  Our corn is doing well and some should be ready before too long.  We also have some other vines that we're waiting on - watermelon and pumpkin, I think.  This is our first real garden as a family and it's been such a rewarding experience for the whole family.
